Two main fabrication structural buildings, which cover a total area of 2,400 square meters.
Each building is equipped with 2, 10 ton overhead cranes remotely operated, which cover the total length of each building.

Material handling is done through the use of lighter, but strategically located equipment to expedite efficiently our fabrication process.

The material preparation area is practically all within one 1,120 square meters main building. In this area are contained most shears, press brakes, stamping and specialized machinery, where most materials are prepared and distributed to all other production areas.

6,000 square meters area, front and around the production buildings, where transit, reception, loading and storage of materials takes place. Our general offices are located at the front of this area.

• Roll (initial) up to 1” x 14’
• Process structural shapes up to 3/8” thick.
• CNC High Definition Plasma cut up to
  1.1/2” x 5’ x 20’.

• Semi-automatic weld (300 amps) in all our more than 50 units distributed all around our production area. Submerged arc weld with up to ¼” diameter wire, in 4 meters length. TIG weld SST, aluminum and other special alloys.
• Machine most of our internal requirements on turn lathe, end milling, drilling, etc.

• Efficiently move and distribute materials and fabrications through the use of our several 10 ton forklifts, self propelled hydraulic cranes, and our own 20 ton flat beds.
• In construction projects, use our own retro excavators, concrete mixers, and our own screw compressors for up to 125 cubic feet a minute.
